Masked man armed with knife robs Saskatoon business

SASKATOON – Saskatoon police are investigating an armed robbery that took place at a business early Sunday morning.

Around 3:50 a.m., police received a call that a business in the 300-block of Idylwyld Drive North had just been robbed by a masked man who brandished a knife.

The lone suspect then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He is described as an Aboriginal male in his 20s, medium in build and height.

The suspect was wearing a black ripped leather jacket, a black ball cap and a dark-coloured scarf over his face to conceal his identity.
