WATCH: Toyota slapped with $1.2 billion fine

Toyota has been slapped with a $1.2 billion fine for misleading consumers about deadly safety defects; which is the largest penalty ever imposed on an automaker.

But a metro Vancouver man, who believes a faulty accelerator was responsible for the death of his son,  says it amounts to nothing more than a traffic ticket for the auto giant.
