Two alleged bus driver attackers in court today

WATCH: Two of three young women charged in connection with a vicious assault on a bus driver appeared in court today. John Daly reports.

Two of the three women who are accused of viciously attacking a female bus driver last week are making a court appearance today.

The alleged attack happened on March 11 when three women boarded a transit bus and began openly drinking liquor.

When the bus driver confronted them, she was allegedly grabbed by the hair and punched.

The bus driver says she has sustained physical and emotional injuries, and is having trouble concentrating on daily activities.

The three women have been charged with assault after the incident.

They have been identified as 22-year-old Dolores Pearl Robinson of Vancouver and her sister, 20-year-old Molly Christina Robinson.

Dolores Pearl Robinson is well known to police. She has 462 negative police contacts recorded.

Molly Christina Robinson is also no stranger to police with 267 negative police contacts recorded.

A 17-year-old woman has also been charged in connection with the crime. Her name has not been released, and she will be making a court appearance later this month.
