Investigators says David William Rose’s death at his South Street home was drug-related and he knew the accused.

A man and women who were arrested Tuesday night now face charges.

Fifty-one-year-old Bradford Beals of Halifax is charged with second-degree murder and robbery.

Debra Jane Spencer, a 29-year-old Halifax woman, faces charges of robbery, and being an accessory after the fact to murder.
