PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – A Saskatchewan internet child exploitation (ICE) unit assisted last month in laying child pornography charges against an Ontario man.

In February, ICE unit members in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan began investigating an internet luring complaint.

This led investigators to contact police in Ontario.

On Feb. 19, Ontario police executed search warrants and seized five computer devices at a residence in the community of Six Nations.

Kaalan Smith-Turner, 20, has been charged with internet luring, extortion and invitation to sexual touching.

He is scheduled to appear in Brantford, Ont. court on March 27.
