SASKATOON – Friends of Dustin Boulet, Saskatoon’s second murder victim of 2014, are doing everything they can to help his family.

Boulet was stabbed and killed outside a bar in the 2400-block of 22nd Street early Saturday morning.

The 29-year-old will be laid to rest this Sunday and his friends have set up a donation account at Affinity Credit Union to help out with funeral costs.

“We really want to do something for his family because we grew up in his house and he grew up in ours… And we want to do whatever we can to help them alleviate a little of the stress,” said Evan Lavallee, Boulet’s friend.

To donate to the fund you can go into the financial institute and ask to make a donation to the “Dustin Boulet Fund” or have your donation picked up by organizers by calling 306-716-5093.
