KELOWNA — Wednesday morning’s snowfall was a factor in an early morning two vehicle crash on Glenmore Road north.
The crash happened a few kilometres north of McKinley Road where a van and small pick-up truck collided.
“The van was travelling north, the truck was travelling south. The van crossed the centre line and the truck collided with it,” says Kelowna RCMP Cst. Lacy Browning.
There were two males in the van and one male in the truck.
All escaped with minor injuries.
Road conditions were slushy and slippery at the time of the crash.
The forecast calls for heavy precipitation, mostly in the form of rain, for the remainder of the day.
