BELLEVILLE, Ont. – A 26-year-old Belleville, Ont., man has been sentenced to four months in jail for exposing himself and robbing a woman at a banking machine.
David Winn flashed a woman using an ATM last June 12, demanded cash, and fled on foot with an unspecified amount of money.
Winn was originally charged with robbery and committing an indecent act, but pleaded guilty to assault.
Winn was also sentenced to an additional one month in jail after pleading guilty to obstructing police for giving a false name to officers after he was arrested on June 13.
