UPDATE: Russell Conlon has been located by police in Winnipeg

MAIDSTONE, Sask. – Saskatchewan RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating a 31-year-old man who suffers from a brain injury.

On Friday, RCMP were advised that 31-year-old Russell Conlon was last heard from via text message the previous evening.

Conlon advised that he was in Winnipeg, Man.; however, this has not been confirmed.

He was last seen near Lloydminster on Wednesday night.

RCMP say Conlon functions at a much younger level due to a brain injury.

Conlon is Caucasian, around 6’ tall, 275 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and running shoes.
