Michael Le back in court; sentencing could happen this week

A sentence could come down as early as this week for one of the three men on trial for the Surrey six murders.

Michael Le is due in court today after he entered a surprise guilty plea last month to a reduced charge of conspiracy to commit murder.

Cody Haevischer and Matthew Johnston are still facing the same charges,  as well as first degree murder, in connection with the killings of six people at a Surrey apartment back in 2007.

Le, who is alleged to be a co-founder of the Red Scorpions gang, fled to Vietnam after the murders but was arrested in June 2009 when he landed in the Philippines.
