Moose Jaw, Sask. – A 22-year-old Moose Jaw man is facing several charges after a rollover killed three people in September.
On September 15, police were called to a single vehicle collision on Highway 2 about 37 kilometers south of Moose Jaw.
Three 24-year-old people died and one other person still remains in hospital with long-term injuries from the crash.
Jesse David Taylor, 22, has been charged with three counts of impaired driving causing death, three counts of driving over .o8mg% causing death, three counts of dangerous driving causing death and impaired driving causing bodily harm, driving over .o8mg% causing bodily harm and dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
Taylor made his first court appearance on Thursday and is scheduled back in Moose Jaw provincial court on Feb. 5.
