Are you ready for a day of mud, sweat and cheers? Go an extra muddy mile and help us drag cancer through the mud at the Canadian Cancer Society’s Mudmoiselle in Kingston. This 5K mud run is open to all fitness levels so whether you’re looking for a competitive obstacle race or just to enjoy a day of fun in the mud with your friends, join us at 1745 Woodbine Rd on Saturday, September 16.
