Bailando Por Una Esperanza – Dancing For Hope Cancer Fundraiser

The Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre Foundation is pleased to announce that Bailando
Por Una Esperanza, Dancing for Hope, hosted by Ana Paret and Laura Milligan is in support of
Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre. The dinner dance will be at Lotos Banquet Hall on
Friday May 26th, 2017.
Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre is home to a combination of specialized inpatient and
outpatient cancer programs. It is one of Ontario’s busiest comprehensive cancer centres, and is
the only site in the region treating all cancers. It is also home to the region’s only stem cell
transplant, acute leukemia and blood cancer programs. The combined volume of chemotherapy
visits overseen by Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre is the largest in Ontario.
The funds raised through this event will be used to support patient care at Juravinski Hospital
and Cancer Centre. Community support is essential as government does not provide funds for
equipment needs, special projects or research. We rely on the generosity of those in the
community like Ana and Laura who volunteer their own personal time and efforts to ensure that
our doctors, nurses and researchers have the tools in place to provide world-class care.
We are extremely thankful to Ana and Laura for their passion and support as this event will
make a real difference in the lives of those who have been touched by cancer.
