The District of North Vancouver Firefighters Charitable Society is hosting their 2nd Annual Barn Burner event, or Barn Burner 2.0, on May 26th at The Imperial in Vancouver. This event is a unique fundraising concert featuring local big names in rock ’n roll. Barn Burner 2.0 will feature Barney Bentall and the Legendary Hearts, Odds, Rich Hope, Wild Honey, Dustin Bentall, and other special guests. Last year’s sold out event raised $35,000 for HOpe Centre at Lions Gate Hospital. This year, the goal is to raise $50,000. 100% of these funds will be donated to Jack.org, by way of the Kelty Patrick Dennehy Foundation. Organizers have secured one-of-a-kind auction items, including a guitar signed by Colin James, Jann Arden, Craig Northey, Steven Page, Joel Plaskett, Keith Scott, Bob Rock, Chris Murphy, Moe Berg, and the original cast of Corner Gas, with more being added each week.
