Caley Gibson
Online Supervisor
Caley joined the Global Edmonton team in 2012, after graduating with honours from the Broadcast and Online Journalism program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
She worked as a TV news writer and producer for a few months before taking on her position as an online journalist.
Caley is an award-winning journalist, having won two RTDNA Prairie Regional Awards with Global Edmonton’s online team for its coverage of the 2016 Fort McMurray wildfire.
Caley is currently the online supervisor in Alberta, leading the online teams in Edmonton, Calgary and Lethbridge.
Prior to her time at Global Edmonton, Caley worked for Carnival Cruise Line as a professional dancer.
